Rugby provides an array of opportunities to perspective players, coaches and referees
YOUTH RUGBY
Rugby Colorado offers programs for both boys and girls, ages 5 – 16. Each participant is placed in different age group and ability level.
We offer instruction to students and PE instructors at schools as well as the YMCA and other recreational programs. Participants will have an opportunity to learn teamwork, camaraderie and help build life-long skills in a safe, structured environment.
We are available to visit your school or organization to provide instruction in non-contact and contact rugby.

Rookie Rugby
'Rookie Rugby'; a very safe, non-contact, easy-to-play game for both boys and girls! 'Rookie Rugby' is simple to understand, organize, teach and especially play. USA Rugby has created resources for all to help explain the skills, rules and values that help everyone enjoy the sport.
This new game is the first level of the 'Rugby For All' continuum which serves to clearly map out the development pathway for players as well as coaches and referees. Anyone from the most knowledgeable rugby supporter to the newest 'rookie' can find where they fit in.

Regardless of what style of play you prefer, everyone can benefit from following basic safety guidelines included in this section.

Junior Eagles
